HAZEL 63 RUM
Our Rum is molasses based, American style rum. Unlike Caribbean rum, we do not back sweeten with extra sugar. This makes our charred rum more eloquently dry. Our rum starts slightly sweet but finishes oakier. French and American oak spirals work well to age our spirit to balanced perfection.
The French Oak creates a very light and delicate profile with hints of vanilla, gram cracker, hazelnut, and toffee. While the American oak wood spirals cultivates a robust, smokey charcoal flavoring.
